Requirements Management and Software

As i read through articles on the web you would think that the only type of requirements in the world where ‘software’ and the only method to manage them was agile. The other alarming thing is the attitude that if your not using agile then you just don’t understand. As you have heard me say about requirements tools “the right tool for the job” the same goes for requirements management methodology.
