Requirements Management tools are evolving around us as a new generation of engineers enter the market. These new Requirements Management tools are more complex and more social in nature than what we have been working with. This brings new dimensions to the Requirements Management discipline. We have moved from Type writers and hand written Specification to the new “Cloud” environments. All of this has happen in a relatively short time.
